We are delighted to be welcoming customers back in to our pub and restaurant again. Our aim is to make your visit a positive experience and we have put a lot of measures in place to ensure the safety of everyone.
IF ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY HAS ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 THEY MUST NOT VISIT
Please follow the social distancing guidelines as best as possible, maintaining your distance from other guests throughout your visit, 2m where possible or 1m plus.
Along with our staff, all guests must wear face coverings when visiting. This includes wearing a face covering when arriving, moving around in the restaurant and at our takeaway counter. As soon as you are seated at your table, masks can be removed. If you are exempt from wearing a face-covering please advise a member of staff.
Hand sanitiser stations are located for your use at the entrance, near the toilets, and at various places throughout the building.
If you are bringing children, please supervise them at all times and ensure they follow the social distancing guidelines. Please ensure they do not approach other diners tables.
There is a one-way system in place to manage entry and exit from the premises. There is clear signage to assist with this but please ask a member of staff.
Our premises now close at 11pm.
Reservations to dine are essential to avoid disappointment as we now have fewer tables and wish to manage the number of guests arriving at the same time. Please arrive on time for your reservation.
Reservations can be made for a maximum of 6 guests from different households or unlimited number from 2 households.
Once seated at your table, a member of staff will take your order for drinks and food.
Please go straight to our garden area where a member of staff will greet you and show you to a table.
We will ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival.
Please wait to be welcomed and shown to a table by a member of the team. If there is a queue, please observe social distancing.
Guests will be asked to scan the QR code for the NHS Track & Trace or if this is not possible then contact details will be taken.
Drinking at the bar is not allowed for the moment so all drink orders will be taken by a member of staff and served at your table.
We will offer single-use menus and wine lists, groups may be asked to share menus. These are disposed of and recycled after use.
Food and drinks will be ordered from your table and delivered to you, with contact time kept to a minimum as possible. Where practical you will only have one member of staff looking after you.
Should you require any condiments these will be brought to you.
Contactless or card/mobile payment apps are preferred where possible.
All toilets will be available for guest use, we now only allow one guest/family in the toilet at a time, please follow the signs for guidance.
We ask guests to sanitise hands before entering and departing the toilet.
Our toilets are inspected and cleaned regularly throughout the day.
On departing we ask that you follow the one-way system and depart via our garden.
If you need step-free access please ask a member of staff to assist you and they will help you leave.
All our door handles and other touchpoints and cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout the day and sanitiser will be available by the exit.
